"Basics in Car Maintenance" Class - February 2016
-We had our "Basics in Car Maintenance" Class, in the S.W. High School shop. Students learned how to change a tire and other basics in how to keep your car in good condition. They also received tips on what to check for when buying their first used car. It was a great first step and especially empowering for those who had never changed a tire before. A special thank you to Clinton Automotive owner and mechanic Stu Stecher for volunteering his time to teach the class, Coldwell Banker/Tara Properties for covering extra costs and to the school, district and staff for their help and support.
